Onboarding Guide
Step 1: Connect to your case management software
Easily connect Legal Ninja to your case management system. This will allow Legal Ninja to automatically add calendar entries, generate task lists, add notes, generate document templates, upload documents, and edit custom fields for you.
Click "Authenticate Clio"
Login to Clio or Click "Authorize"
Your account is now connected.
Step 2: Set up a Process Template
Setup a process template. These are the steps you want automatically done in your case management system whenever you submit this process.
Click "Manage Templates" on the far left
Click "Add Template" on the top right
Give this template a name
Enter any tasks and information you want your case management system to automatically do. Examples include:
- Rename the document and upload to a specific folder
- Create a calendar entry
- Edit Custom Fields
- Generate one or more document templates
- Add a note
- Generate a task listClick "Create"
Step 3: Submit an Automation
Easily connect Legal Ninja to your case management system. This will allow Legal Ninja to automatically add calendar entries, generate task lists, add notes, generate document templates, upload documents, and edit custom fields for you.
Click "Run New Automation" on the top left
Upload your document
Note: You can upload multiple documents if you want. You can also run an automation without uploading a document
Select the Process template name
Type in the Matter ID for the specific case you want to submit this automation for
Edit any of the fields or information you have added
Click "Run"
All the tasks you requested to be completed in your case management system will be completed within seconds.
